The application process includes but is not limited to employment verification, former rental history, credit verification, background information, and personal interviews. Every effort is made to place qualified tenants in your property.

The use of cutting technology allows us to provide you with accurate statements of your account. This should simplify your record keeping and income tax preparation. You should receive a statement each month along with your for the rent proceeds.

Maintenance and Repairs
